pre-season, Southern Steel shooter Daneka Wipiiti
suffered an ankle injury and was ruled out of action for up to a week. Dalton confirmed during her weekly netball television show with Anna Stanley and Kathryn Harby-Williams
, On Court, that she would be returning once again as a temporary replacement player for the Steel's round one match against the Northern Mystics
. Dalton will suit up for the Steel on Monday 14 February, and it is unknown for how long she will be required.
