At that time, it was in news format with reports from the Kalayaan Patrol and the stingers in news format were made from Arvin Malaza. However, it lasted until the third week of March 2009.
Around late March 2009, it was under the management of Ricky Mendoza. At that time, it was divided into two segments: news and commentaries with reports from Joy Navarro and two other reporters from Ligang mga Broadkasters ng Pilipinas and the stingers were made from Ricky Mendoza.
