holds tens (46 exhibitions are scheduled for current Iranian year) of exhibition based on yearly schedule. The most famous fair is TEXPO which is a general trade fair and established on 1992 and normally holds on August 4–9 every year. Beside this major fair there is annual fairs for book, automobile, building material and construction equipments, tourism, carpet and many other exhibitions.

The complex include 9 pavilions, with 40,000 square meter of indoor and 15,000 square meters of outdoor exhibition area.
