Sütlüce Cultural Center

Financed by the Metropolitan Municipality of Istanbul, the restoration of the slaughterhouse began in 1998 and the Sütlüce Cultural Center was opened in 2009. It has a fairground of 9400 m² (101,180.8 sq ft), a quayside of 8250 m² (88,802.3 sq ft) with a green space of 17000 m² (182,986.5 sq ft). The complex comprises a concert hall for 3,000 audience, a theatre for 1,100 guests, three movie theatres having a total capacity of 800 people, 14 work halls and a restaurant for 650 people.
