The school program is taught in eight levels, each of which has a specific set of skills that the student must master in order to advance to the next level. The syllabus at each level progressively builds a solid foundation both technically and artistically. The school also has a four week summer program held in August of every year.

The school's new state-of-the-art facility at the Manhattan Movement and Arts Center at 248 West 60th Street, New York, New York, opened with a ribbon-cutting evening gala on June 26, 2008.
