Vineyard and winery
The vineyard has some 30,000 vines on 25 acres (101,171.5 m²) and around a dozen different varieties of wine are made, as well as two liqueurs. The winery also makes wine for many other English vineyards and during a high yield year, the estate processes between 150 and 200 tons of grapes.
