. It opened its doors on March 18, 2005 with five anchor stores including Dillard's, Barnes & Noble, Target, Dicks Sporting Goods and Ashley Furniture. The 200 acre (0.809372 km²) open-air regional mall at J. Turner Butler Boulevard and State Road 9A cost $158 million to build and boasts more than 100 retailers, many of whom used the development as an entry into the Jacksonville market. The project will also have 225 luxury apartments, two hotels and a second phase that should include upscale stores such as Neiman-Marcus and/or Nordstrom
