measuring 12.96km long will be completed in 2011. SKVE’s last stretch is the 18.81km long section 3 and connects to Carey Island
before terminating at the Pulau Indah

Criticism
Section 1A of the expressway (toll-free) is currently in a sad state of affairs due to poor maintenance, with most of its street lights not functioning (leaving many dangerous stretches and bends unlit at night) and wrecked guardrails lay unreplaced at accident sites.Toll Plaza Abbreviations
