One notable feature of the Sound Tamasha is its concept of resident artists staying for several months at a time, who are always invited from other cultural backgrounds. This concept creates spaces and opportunities for intercultural collaborations, thus resulting in a more diverse music scene.
In September 2010, Sound Tamasha released its first compilation of "Spectaculicious House (Only)". A special version released under a Creative Commons
