In Andhra Pradesh, it is mainly cultivated in Guntur, Kurnool, Mahaboobnagar, Nizamabad, Nellore, Warangal and West Godavari Districts. In Karnataka, it is mainly cultivated in Raichur, Koppal and Bellary districts.
