In 1942 during the II World War Finnish soldiers received hospital treatment in Burg Waldstein ,Ruckers Glatz . (Tuberculosis and lung problems were treated )
The patients came by boat to Libau or Danzig from Hanko ( Finland). Along with the patients arrived also a Finnish nurse .
