From 1996 to 2002 she was a representative in the House of Representatives of the FB&H Parliament and from 2002 to 2005 she was a representative in the House of Representatives of the B&H Parliament. On 6 December 2005 she was appointed Judge of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

She participated in a number of round tables, conferences, seminars, study trips, public hearings dealing with the topic of protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms, organized by local and international non-governmental organizations and governmental bodies, OSCE, European Parliament. She was a member of the FB&H expert team involved in Dobrinja Arbitration in accordance with the Decision of the High Representative for B&H and a member of the High Representative’s Commission for Amendments to the Constitution of FB&H, established after the adoption of B&H Constitutional Court’s Decision on Constituent Peoples.
She published numerous professional articles in "Pravni savjetnik", issued by the Civil Society Promotion Centre.
