Sameer Sharma hails from Delhi, and shifted to Bangalore after completing his education. He worked for an advertising agency, for an IT company and for Radio City
in Bangalore. Later, he shifted to Mumbai to pursue his career in acting. He made his television debut with Star One
's "Dil Kya Chahta Hai" (as Nitin) and following that, "Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki" was offered to him.
On SAB TV, he played Capt. Naveen Singh Ahluwalia in Left Right Left and Mannat (Mannu) in Four. He also portrayed a hockey coach and an aggressive lover in the Veeranwali serial on 9X.
Later, Sameer essayed a negative role as Brijesh in NDTV Imagine
's Jyoti. He also landed the lead role opposite Reena Kapoor in Sahara One's longest running show and Rajshri Productions
show, Woh Rehne Wali Mehlon ki as a handsome and eligible bachelor Rishabh Johri.
Apart from acting, Sameer has also done several ad campaigns and modeling assignments.
