in July. On 10 August 2011 Khelifa finally completed his switch to the newly promoted Ligue 1 side Evian Thonon. On 14 August 2011, he made his debut for his new club and recorded his first goal in their match against Nice, resulting in a 1-0 victory. This goal secured Evian Thonon their first ever win in Ligue 1
and maintained their undefeated mark to the new season.
