It includes the villages Heubach, Hirschhorn, Gambach and Graben. Rüschegg lies in the Alpenvorland at the foot of Ochsen
(2188 m (7,178.5 ft)), Bürglen (2165 m (7,103 ft)) and Gantrisch
(2175 m (7,135.8 ft)), which form the southern border of the municipality.
