In 2005 it was confirmed that Ribbons had returned to the studio to work on her new album. Three tracks had been confirmed to appear on the new album, "Nothing's Changed", "Butterfly Kisses" and "If Only The World Could Smile". Clips can be heard on her official myspace. Ribbons has also recorded a version of "Groove Is in the Heart

". She was the last contestant to perform on the night. On 30 August 2007, Ribbons did not make the final 12, nor was she chosen to come back as a wild card, therefore she was officially eliminated.
