Rear Admiral
(Two Star) Ronnie Tay (born 2 October 1963) is the former Chief of the Republic of Singapore Navy
(RSN). During his naval career, his appointments included Commanding Officer, RSS Sea Lion; Commander, 188th Squadron; Commander, 1st Flotilla; Head Naval Intelligence; and Fleet Commander. RADM Tay stepped down from the post of Chief of Navy on 31 August 2007. His position as Chief of Navy was handed over to Rear Admiral (One Star) Chew Men Leong
