in 1955. He has three daughters (Jennifer, Julie, and Miranda) and two sons (William and Charley). Chartoff established the RC Charitable Foundation in 1990 to award grants to international schools and other child agencies. He continues to serve as its President. The RC Charitable Foundation gives less than $100,000 per year. Several grants awarded to the Buddha Educational Trust.
