In addition to being his Spokesperson, in 2006, Bain was appointed President and COO of The Michael Jackson Company by Michael Jackson, who at the same time appointed her as his personal general manager. Raymone was also appointed by Mr. Jackson to the board of directors of Sony/ ATV Music Publishing; Trustee, MJ Publishing Trust; and, as his music
approval agent for MIJAC and MIRAN Publishing.

Ms. Bain, a native of Augusta, GA, is considered a consummate Washington insider,having worked at The White House; in advisory roles in numerous Presidential campaigns; and on several political finance committees. She is a graduate of Spelman College and the Georgetown University Law Center, Juris Doctor.
