is a former Indian first class cricketer. He was a slow left-arm orthodox bowler and played for Uttar Pradesh between 1976/77 and 1986/87.

He has taken 374 first class wickets and taken 9 wickets in the Ranji Trophy final at Mohan Nagar against Karnataka in 1977-78, making him a record holder for the maximum number of wickets taken in the finals. He has played for Central Zone against touring M.C.C., Pakistan, Australia and West Indies. He has been a part of the Indian test team against the touring Australian team during the 1979-80 series in India.

Rajinder Singh Hans was the coach of Uttar Pradesh state from 2001-02 to 2006-07. Under his coaching, the U.P. state won the Ranji Trophy in 2005-06 for the first time. He has been the coach of Jharkhand state for Ranji Trophy team for one year (2007-08). He has been a member of the All India Junior Selection Committee for two years, 2008-09 and 2009-10.
