History

Ownership of the school buildings passed to Northampton Borough Council in 1986, with the school remaining as tenant of the buildings.

The 1990s saw extensive renovations and upgrading of facilities at Quinton House, including a new sports field, pavilion and sixth form centre. Ownership of the school passed to Cognita in 2004, with the school celebrating its 60th anniversary in 2006.
