Quick-change is a performance style in which a performer or magician changes quickly within seconds from one costume into another costume in front of the audience.

Arturo Brachetti

 of 2006 and 2007 lists him as the fastest in the world. In 2000 he was awarded the Prix Molière, the highest accolade in French theatre, for "The Man with 1000 Faces," where he performs 80 different characters in a two-hour show. The show sold out in Paris for several months in 3 seasons in the Theatre Mogador, which holds 1800 seats, from April 2000 to January 2005. Brachetti has created and performed about 20 different acts for television and about 10 plays, produced by the National Theatre of Italy. His wardrobe consists of more than 350 costumes. His performances involve often a series of characters, played consecutively one after the other, or in spoken sketches in which he plays all the roles interacting with each other. His performances are not just of tricks or technical skills. They are well researched and are filled with many cultural, historic, and artistic references. The festival "Juste Pour Rire" launched his career in North America.

Sudarchikovis

Another traditional style of quick change was the Muscovite duo The Sudarchikovis, with a circus show they created in the 1969. In this act the partners would change costumes (color and shapes) several times covered by a sandwich screen, a piece of cloth, or a ring with ribbons. For the finale silver confetti was thrown by the man on his partner and her costume would change into a different white dress. They have 9 different costume changes. The Sudarchikovis started out with Anatoly and Lyubov Sudarchikovi in 1969 and have since retired. Their son and daughter-in-law have now taken over the act.

David and Dania

Another popular quick-change duo is David and Dania, who appeared on NBC's America's Got Talent

. They have ten different costume changes: two tuxedos and eight dresses. They have also become the official halftime act for the NBA. They received an award for being the best cabaret magic by a duo 2007. They have since revealed a new routine on Season 5 of America's Got Talent

Sos and Victoria Petrosyan

 holders, changing into 16 costumes in 120 seconds (Germany) and 12 costumes in just 60 seconds (China). At 2011 they have done a new Guinness Word Record in Germany - 13 costumes in 1 min. The Petrosyan duo innovated a completely new style in the Quick Change Illusion genre. They began in 1991 in Moscow. Magic Circle of Germany /MZvD/ decided to present Sos & Victoria as the Best Magic Act in 2007. Duo Petrosyan Awarded - The Best Magician of the Year and International World Merlin Award in USA for the fastest quick change act in the world. They are the only magicians in the world who have gotten this Magic Oscar twice. In Los Angeles they got World Magic Award for the BEST CABARET DUO 2008. In 2010 Sos & Victoria Petrosyan did a new Guinness World Record on French TV Show "Le Plus Grand Cabaret du Monde" in Paris - 19 costumes. Sos and Victoria are awarded by magic Circle in Germany the "BEST WRITER OF THE YEAR 2010" for the new books: "Women's Dress Transformation" Part 2 and "Men's Suit Transformation" Part 1 www.quick-change-products.com. All the tricks and transformation costumes used in their performances have been developed by Sos exclusively for their original act.

Keelan Leyser and Charlotte Marie

The first Quick Change Act from the UK, in 2007 they won the title of British Magical Grand Prix Champions and the British Magical Champions of General Magic at the Blackpool Magic convention, with their 8 minute Quick Change Dance Illusion Act. Taught by David and Dania in a private seminar.

Lex Schoppi and Alina

Lex Schoppi is a trick producer and author of many magic books and articles about the art of quick change. He's awarded by author of the year for his quick change books and several times artist of the year in Germany. His stage partner Alina is a Latin dancer. They work with long dresses and overcoats (French haute couture). Alina is the only woman in the world to master the split second costume change whilst still bound (the world fastest escape illusion). The German artists of the year become several entertainment áwards and appears in the best Eurovision Circus TV Show with three winners from Heidi Klum's "Germanys Topmodels". He has an own tailor workshop for his magic and works for artists and stars. He creates the opening ceremony of German Music Award Echo.

Dance Magic Show

A trio of Israelis (Daniel, Orit and Denis), Dance Magic Show is an original dynamic live act that combines Quick Change with dance and music. Their show includes 16 different costume changes. They appear regularly on Israel TV and perform in Europe and Russia as well.

Matador

Matador is a 15 Quick-Change transformation routine with magic, acting, choreography, lighting, special effects and custom-made props. They have appeared before the President of the USA Bill Clinton and the princess of Monaco Caroline.

Lee Alex

British born illusionist based in Istanbul, Turkey. Winner of the Merlin Award "Illusionist of the Year 2009" presented by the International Magicians' Society. Known throughout the magic world for his "Colour Change Waistcoat" (Color Changing Vest), "Snow Leopard Vest" and "Happy Birthday Waistcoat". Lee Alex is the co-author and translator of the German book "Quick Change" by Lex Schoppi and the sole author of the book "Time for a Change?".
The methods employed by Lee Alex are not traditional and are his own invention.

Dúo Germanó

Young couple were born in Tucumán (Argentina). They gained fame in her country after participating in Argentina Got's Talent (Talento Argentino). Awarded in the Latin American Championship of Magic 2009. His quickchange and magic act of 8 minutes combines tango and acting in a sweet spot. Creators of the effect "Quick Change with a scarf".

Mistik

Mistik was born in 2004 originally as a ballroom dance band which later started practicing stage magic. Mistik is the first duo of Quick Change Artist from Romania, the number is very complex consists of 11 suits and other dress accessories plus bowties. As result of quality and originality of ours magic numbers Mistik quickly became a recognized brand, being invited to all sorts of events.
