There are many precincts in Putra Heights, but some of them are more premier. These neighbourhoods are positioned in the midst of a quiet surrounding, just minutes away from the hurly-burly of the city centre and is a much sought after refuge for middle- to upper-middle-class Malaysians. These precincts are Putra Palms, Putra Crest, The Glades and Kingsley Hills.

Putra Crest is a precinct which consists of only bungalow lots. The land area is as large as 8,000 sqf to 24,000 sqf. It is located on a hill where the view of Kuala Lumpur

In the township, education is quite limited so most of the residents send their children to schools in UEP Subang Jaya
