. The complex, Premiere Towers Brickell Village, will be built in the heart of Miami's Financial District, at the corner of Southwest 9th Street and Miami Avenue, in Mary Brickell Village. Each will be 513 ft (156 m) tall with 52 floors. They have been approved by the City of Miami and the Federal Aviation Administration

. Construction is expected to begin before the end of 2007 and the towers will be complete in 2009. The towers will contain retail on floors 1-7 and residential units on floors 8-52. The complex site is located immediately adjacent to the Tenth Street Metro Station
