Pink Pest Control is the 57th cartoon produced in the Pink Panther series. A total of 124 6-minute cartoons were produced between 1964 and 1980.

Plot

The Pink Panther's log cabin is besieged by an aggresive termite, which the panther tries unsuccessfully to stop with glue, a rifle, an axe, and insecticide. When all else fails, he renders the pest unconscious and puts it in a corked bottle. The angered termite frees itself and returns to the panther's home. However, the panther has installed steel door, which the termite cannot penetrate. Frustrated, the termite bites a network of fractures through the cabin's structure, and the cabin collapses, leaving only the steel door standing. The enraged Pink Panther orders the termite at gunpoint to help rebuild the cabin by acting as a chainsaw to cut logs into lumber.
