On 3 March 2008, Infogrames Entertainment SA announced Phil Harrison as their new Directeur Général Délégué. On 29 May 2009, it was announced that Harrison had become the non-executive director of Atari, following the company's shift to a US-based publishing company, and the renaming of Infogrames Entertainment SA to Atari.
