Partridge Island is a peninsula located near the mouth of the Parrsboro Harbour on the Minas Basin

. The trail climbs quickly to a height of about 200 feet above sea level, but there are numerous benches to rest on. The final destination is a look-off on which a viewing platform offers vistas of several coastal features of Nova Scotia. These sites include Cape Split
