, from the city of Paris, and Levallois Sporting Club Basket, from the nearby commune of Levallois-Perret
. The club maintains its headquarters in Levallois-Perret, and plays home games at the former arenas of both its predecessor clubs.
Paris-Levallois began in the top tier of French basketball, LNB Pro A
, but were relegated to the second-tier Pro B after finishing second from bottom in 2007–08. The club returned to Pro A at the first opportunity by claiming the Pro B title in 2008–09.
