Omar Bin Sulayman is the former Governor of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) in Dubai

On May 20 Omar bin Sulaiman, has been released from custody after repaying Dh51.5 million (US$14m) he unjustly siphoned during his tenure at DIFC, Dubai Public prosecution.
