  • 1935 - Extended to Indiana state line along previous unnumbered road.
  • 1984 - rerouted from Paulding to Junction along route 127; from Paulding to 3 miles (4.8 km) north of Paulding and previous unnumbered road; from 3 miles (4.8 km) north of Paulding to Junction.
