. Construction commenced in 2006 and is expected to be completed in 2010. When complete it will be the second tallest building in Costa del Este after The Point, with a height of 236 meters spanning 73 floors.

Construction has taken three years, led by Architects Pinzón Lozano & Associates. The facade matches the smaller building Ocean One, standing 207 meters.
