Nkonya Ahenkro is a town in the Biakoye District
of the Volta Region
of Ghana
. It is the capital town of the new district created in 2008 by the Kufuor government
. To the east is Kpeme, one of the towns in the Gbi Traditional Area. Its southern neighbour is Dafor.
