Career

She has played over 100 times for all the levels of the national team. She has played for the senior team of her club since the 2004–05 season. She was the captain of the youth national team of Turkey who won the silver medal in the World Championship. In the 2008 edition of the Junior European Championship, she led the Turkish team to a Bronze medal and won the Most Valuable Player (MVP) award of the tournament.
