Since 2003 NDI has had two advanced teams the S.W.A.T. (Super Wonderful Advanced Team) and the Celebration Team in that year NDI formed the Xcel team. In 2008 the NDI folks introduce the Junior XCel and XCel apprentice teams.

Since 2003 NDI has been housed in a large building with 2 large studios that can become a theater and 4 smaller studios, and because of the size NDI dacided to host Broadway Theater Dance Workshop a two week musical theater intensive for ages 14–20 and it's a nationwide thing so visit www.btdw.org for information.
