Lyenpo Jigme Yezor Thinley is the first Democratically elected Prime Minster of Bhutan. He hails from Druk Phunsum Tshogpa (DPT) party. His success and fame within Bhutan as well as beyond gives the youths of the country a reason to work hard, with sincerity, intelligently, setting aside individual goal and embracing the greater goal of serving the nation and world at large.

With electricity already connected and once roads are being connected the gewog has lots of promising socio-economic avenues. Almost all type of fruits and vegetable are grown which can be cultivated for marketing within and beyond the country as it is purely untouched by chemical fertilizers.

The other most promising products are the soil paint and the unique sweet( Tshatshe Buram). These two products are unique to Tshatshe village only. The production of these two products are being done manually which otherwise can be sold even in the international market if done using technology. These are thee two area a Foreign Direct Investment(FDI) can take up the venture.
