History

NK Slavonac CO was founded in 1950.
NK Slavonac a few years playing in the 2. ŽNL. After the success in the league coming into the 1. ŽNL. In the same year changed its name to NK Slavonac CO. Also that year, reached first place in the first ŽNL where he had to go in the qualifiers to reach the higher rank, 3. HNL. In the upper range Slavonac gets a new coach, Đuro Petrinec.
