In 2006 the company went through a radical change including a name change to "Mystrata", moving their servers in to a commercial data center (previously houses within the Sunhaus office in Brisbane) and moving to a larger office premises in the north of Brisbane.
Late in 2008 Mystrata entered in to a joint venture with Dubai's real estate regulatory authority known as "RERA" to develop a registration system for Owners Associations. After one year of operation with RERA Mystrata established an office in Dubai in order to market and support their software products.
2009 saw Mystrata create a customized version of Strataware
for their first client in Qatar
for the management of the reclaimed land subdivision called "The Pearl Qatar".
2010 was a year of growth for the company in Australia and the Middle East. New servers were established in Dubai Internet City to better serve the Middle Eastern client base. At the same time a major update to the New South Wales version of their Strataware
product opened up the Australian market even further.

The company traded under the name "Sunhaus Pty Ltd" for the first few years of its life between 2000 and 2005. Originally started in Mooloolaba in Queensland, but quickly moving its office to BrisbaneBrisbane
