Playing career

After captaining two seasons the Maccabi Tel Aviv youth team, Mishaelof made the jump to the full team. On November 25, 2002 Mishaelof started his first professional match in a Israeli Premier League play, going seventy-seven minutes for "the yellows" in a 1-0 win over Bnei Yehuda. He would go on to make four more appearances for the full team, coming on as a substitute the rest of the season as Maccabi Tel Aviv captured the league title.

Belonged to the adult team of Israel, and opened all six games of League game.
