It was revealed that Mister Cee was involved in gay sex after being arrested for public lewdness. Police revealed that in March 2011, Cee was receiving oral sex from a 20 year old man in west Manhattan, an area known for gay activies.

Loitering violation

On June 1, 2011, LeBrun pleaded guilty to a New York penal code loitering violation; at the time of his arrest, he was caught receiving oral sex from another man in a parked car.
