football midfielder
playing for Go Ahead Eagles
in the Dutch Eerste Divisie

Janota joined Feyenoord in 2006 from UKP Zielona Góra
. He debuted for Feyenoord on August 23, 2008, coming on as a substitute against PSV Eindhoven in the Dutch Super Cup. His first appearance in the Eredivisie

. He got on the scoresheet for the first time on September 24 with a brace against TOP Oss
