. In the years 1979-1981, she acted in the Teatr Narodowy before moving to the U.S. in 1981. Using the pseudonym of Margaret Sophie Stein, she continued her acting career in television and film. In 1999, Zajączkowska returned to Poland and continued acting there in films and television. She has also lectured at the Warsaw Film School.
