Rainnie hosted a national radio show in the summer of 2005 called "Lost and Found." That show returned in the summer of 2006.

He has also guest hosted CBC Radio's "Sounds Like Canada."

In April/May 2008 he hosted an Atlantic Canadian TV show called "Short Film Face Off," where regional filmmakers compete for a CBC production deal.

Rainnie was also in the first year of the sketch comedy show Sketch-22, and was a former cast member of Annekenstein and 4-Play.

He lives in Charlottetown
