hit with only minor facial injuries and was taken to Kettering General Hospital

The train was due to stop at Market Harborough
and as a result hit the car at around only 75mph, not causing it to derail. No injuries were reported on the train.
Mr Handy admitted careless driving at Market Harborough Magistrates Court on the 26 July and was fined £200 and banned for nine months.
