Climate
It is about 950 meters above sea level and thus is dry in the summers and wet in the winter. The average temperature can dip below 0˚C in the winter months of December, January and February. During the spring the weather is temperate and mild. The summer is dry and can reach about 35˚C during the day. Most of the rainfall, which is about 10 to 16 inches is in the winter months and spring.Resources
