Marguerite "Peggy" Knight MBE
(born 19 April 1920 in Paris, France) was a member of the Women's Transport Service who served with the Special Operations Executive
(SOE) during World War II and worked as a courier for the French Section.
On 11 April 1944 she attended the SOE Students' Assessment Board at Wanborough. Peggy trained at Thame Park, Saltmarsh, and only did 1 practice jump (it was usual for the girls to do three jumps) before going into the field.
