Seven months after the death of his first spouse, on 24 February 1682, Marfa Apraksina, daughter of Matvey Vasilyevich Apraksin and Domna Bogdanovna Lovchikova, became Fyodor's second wife. Feodor died three months after his new wedding, on 7 May, without surviving issue.
