Maid Marian Entertainment (sometimes shortened to MME) is a gaming site/company produced by Gene Endrody and other respective parties. It was the original home of Sherwood , which later evolved into Sherwood Dungeon, with the addition of an in-game dungeon

History

The URL (maidmarian.com) had been reserved since 1996 by Gene Endrody, without a clear concept.

Gene Endrody is the founder and president of MaidMarian Entertainment, being the creator of Sherwood and Sherwood Dungeon . In-game, he is commonly known as "Sir Gene".

Gene Endrody has worked in computer graphics and digital media for over fifteen years. As the co-founder of VFX Digital Solutions in 1992, he supplied digital video systems and services to production companies, cable stations and government agencies. Maid Marian Entertainment released Ratinator, a 3D arcade/shooter through Shockwave.com in September, 2003. Ratinator made it to the #3 spot in Top Action Games at Shockwave.com, averaging 4 out of 5 stars in user reviews and played over 40,000 times per day. Ratinator also made The Adrenaline Vault
