. Seaport acquired the company in 2005 and is one of several cable companies Seaport has an ownership stake in, the others being Everest Cable, MetroCast Cablevision, Mid-Missouri Telephone Company and Otelco Holdings.

MCV's TV cable lineup includes 64 analog channels, 46 digital channels, 20 HD channels, 20 premium movie channels, 4 PPV channels and 46 music audio channels. A majority of the channels are devoted to Asian programming (from Japan, The Philippines, China and Korea), as well as programming from Australia. While most of the basic and premium channels in this lineup are delayed by satellite from the United States (via the west coast feed), others like CNN, MSNBC, and ESPN are broadcasting live through a different feed.
