Originally constructed between 1958 and 1961, Felix Candela and Ludwig Mies Van Der Rohe designed the corporate office building, bottling plant and ageing cellars of Bacardi & Co. They thus comprise a single architectural group. The two-story rectangular Office Building's dimensions are 56 m by 27 m, and it was constructed in a parallel fashion to the main highway from Mexico City to QuerétaroQuerétaro
