Early life

Fan was born in Hong Kong in 1973, the son of the 1970s martial arts film actor Fan Mei-sheng. At the age of 14, Fan traveled to Xuzhou

Career

Fan began his career as an action star in the mid 1980s. Between 1995-1997, he was a contract artiste under the Hong Kong television station TVB
